How Can We Help?
- From the main menu navigate to Sales ->Proposals and on the top right side click the New Proposal button
- A proposal can be sent to both leads and customers. So choose Related to Customer or Lead.
- Choose the lead/customer who is related. Some of the fields will be automatically filled. You can adjust based on your requirements.
- Status – By default, the draft status will be auto-selected. Note that proposals with draft status are not visible to customers, also the proposal “Open” status means that is open for the customer to make actions e.q. accept or decline the proposal
- Open Till – The last date when the proposal will stay open and the user can take actions (Accept/Decline)
- Adding item is optional, so add items only if you need.
- Save the proposal and the next step will be adding content to the proposal.
