To create new knowledge base article click on the item Knowledge Base on the main menu and click on New Article.
- Subject – Give a title of the article
- Group – Assign article to a specific group. Example Hosting, Domains etc.
- Internal – Check, if this is an article for internal members only and not for public visibility
- Disabled – Check this if you need to temporarily hide the article
- URL Slug – A unique slug will be automatically generated. Uncheck Create slug from subject if you want to enter a slug manually.
- Article Description – Add article description and finally click the save button
